About Cambridge Global Perspectives
GP is a fantastic series of courses from widely respected exam board CAIE, which teaches students to think critically, to learn about issues taking account of different beliefs and arguments about them, to manage individual and teamwork projects and to reflect on their learning. The course is entirely about skills – “content” is only specified by an available menu of twenty broad topics. IGCSE Global Perspectives is the GP course which students can take in international schools from age 14-15. If you are looking for the official Cambridge site, you can find it here.
About igcseglobalperspectives.net
In Global Perspectives we should always evaluate our sources of information. A good place to start is to find out who wrote it, so always look at the “about us” section of any website you use in your research!

iglobalperspectives.net is a website of teaching and learning materials for Cambridge IGCSE Global Perspectives. Originally created during a sabbatical in 2021-22, the website and courseware have proved hugely popular, attracting nearly half a million page views and hundreds of subscribers from around the globe.
After receiving many requests to update the materials to the new syllabus (exams in 2025-27), we have recently started the process of refreshing the site.
